Terms of Service
STG Print Shop provides custom printing services including but not limited to DTF printing, sublimation, large-format printing, apparel printing, promotional products, and design services.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Rush orders may incur additional fees.
3. Artwork & Design Files
- ग्राहकों must submit print-ready files (300 DPI recommended, correct sizing, CMYK format when applicable).
- STG Print Shop is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork including spelling, colors, or resolution.
- Design services are available for an additional fee.
4. Proofs & Approvals
- Proofs will be provided upon request or when required.
- ग्राहक approval is required before production begins.
- Once approved, STG Print Shop is not responsible for any errors.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround time varies depending on order size and complexity.
- Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to equipment issues, supply shortages, or high order volume.
6. Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- STG Print Shop is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once shipped.
- Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.
7. DTF & Sublimation Disclaimers
- Color Variance: Final printed colors may vary from what is seen on screens due to monitor differences, ink profiles, and material types. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
- Fabric & Material Limitations: Results may vary depending on fabric composition, texture, and color. Certain garments may produce muted, vintage, or less vibrant results.
- Pressing & Application: For DTF transfers, proper heat press settings (temperature, pressure, and time) are required. STG Print Shop is not responsible for application errors if transfers are pressed by the customer.
- Durability: Longevity of prints depends on proper care (washing inside out, cold water, no bleach, low heat drying). Improper care may result in fading or cracking.
- Placement & Sizing: Slight variations in placement (up to 0.5–1 inch) may occur during production.
8. Order Pickup & Abandonment Policy
- Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
- Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned.
- Abandoned orders may be disposed of or resold at the discretion of STG Print Shop with no refund issued.
9. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Refunds or reprints are only issued for defects caused by STG Print Shop.
- Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
- If canceled after design work has started, design fees will still apply.
9. Intellectual Property
- Customers must have the legal right to reproduce submitted designs.
- STG Print Shop is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
STG Print Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
12. Changes to Terms
STG Print Shop reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
